(hereinafter referred to as Clementine) hereby informs visitors and users of the www.clementine.hu portal about the personal data processed, its practices regarding the processing of personal data, the organisational and technical measures taken to protect personal data, as well as the ways and means of exercising the rights of data subjects.

Clementine is committed to the protection of personal data and will take appropriate and necessary measures within its competence to ensure that the risks inherent in the use of the website remain at a safe level in accordance with Hungarian law and that the provisions of Act CXII of 2011 on the Right of Information Self-Determination and Freedom of Information (Info tv.) are fully respected.

Duration of processing

The data you voluntarily provide will be kept until you request their deletion: in the case of our newsletter, your address will be deleted when you unsubscribe. If you unsubscribe from our newsletter, your data will be deleted when you unsubscribe. You may request the deletion of your data at any time.

Our website provides you with the possibility to delete your user profile created during the registration process and the data you provided during the process (login " edit profile).

The personal information you provide when registering for events will be stored for 1 year.
