All IBM software ordered automatically comes with one year of product support, also known as system tracking service. This service can be renewed for an additional year at each anniversary for a fee.

Product and service support includes the following services for all software purchased from our company:

  • Continuous system updates (ensuring the current version);
  • Availability for email and telephone support.

In addition to the above, system support for our own CLEM solutions includes the following services:

  • Discounted participation in our events;
  • Participation in our System Tracking Bonus Program, which includes free training and consulting.
